Cancellation Policy
You will be charged the full cost of the service upfront, you can reschedule once prior to 48 hrs before your service. If you cancel within 24 hours notice, no-show or are late to the point of cancelation the day of your appointment, you will receive a refund of 15%. You have a 10 minute grace period, after that a $15 late fee, and by 20 minutes your appointment will be canceled. For new clients, come with your nails bare and healthy or make sure to book a soak off. By booking with me, you agree to these policies.
